A modern update on the classic American Pale. Brewed with a light and refreshing malt bill accented with classic American Cascade and new school Mosaic Lupulin Powder. Aromas of ruby red grapefruit and balsam pine followed with flavors of tropical fruit and blueberry.

We’re pre-releasing two kegs of our brand new Tastetown IPA. Brewed with a generous amount of Idaho 7, Mosaic and Chinook hops, Tastetown boasts piney and aggressively dank characteristics complemented by a dry mouthfeel and silky body. Buckle up and enjoy the ride to Tastetown.

Dr. Spaceman – 3.9% ABV

We updated the hop schedule for this batch to give this brew a balanced flavor and hop aroma. This refreshing session ale emits notes of lychee, gooseberry, green papaya and spice.

Tap Schedule Pinthouse Burnet

This is Juice IPA – 7.2% ABV

Some have asked, “WTF is Juice?” Our brew crew has the answer with the This Is Juice IPA! This Hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic Lupulin Powder, Ekuanot, Citra, and El Dorado hops, showcases passion fruit, citrus, and dank notes coupled with a soft mouthfeel. This obscenely good IPA was awarded the 2017 Best New Beer in Austin by Austin Beer Guide.

Nitro Seal Dry Irish Stout – 5.5% ABV

Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), our Bearded Seal is ‘must have’ at our brewpub. This Dry Irish Stout is a little bolder than the commercial example most people are familiar with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark bitter chocolate, while the nitrogenation adds a smooth creamy dry mouthfeel finish.

Skittley Bines IPA – 6.5% ABV

A riff off of our popular Training Bines IPA, Skittley Bines is brewed with Citra Lupulin Powder, Amarillo, Loral and El Dorado hops, yielding fresh and fruity notes of lemon, citrus, guava and a sticky mouthfeel.
