Limited menu, beer to-go, and meal kits available
COVID-19 Update for Pinthouse Pizza
Update: May 1
Hey y’all! We’ve spent the last week working hard on our reopening plan and are stoked to turn on the lights May 6th! Beginning next Wednesday, we’ll be open for curbside pickup and delivery orders only! We’ll be operating under a limited menu, modified hours, and with additional safety procedures in place. At this time, we’re continuing to adhere to the advice and guidelines set by health and government officials. With the safety of our guests and staff taking paramount, we have decided to keep our dining room closed as we continue to monitor how things progress.
Stay tuned for more details on what beers will be available, what the new menu looks like, and what brews you’ll find in cans soon! We appreciate the continued support and kind words thrown our way as of late, as it has kept our spirits high. We look forward to safely serving everyone again soon. Cheers!
Update: March 25
Our number one goal since this all began has been keeping our amazing team and guests safe and healthy in the face of so many unknowns. And for everyone who has been by this past week to pick up food and beer to go, ordered delivery, or made purchases on our online store, y’all are truly the best friends and family a brewpub could ask for. Your support has been staggering in the best way possible.
With the shelter in place mandate by the city of Austin, we have made the extremely difficult decision to temporarily close all three Pinthouse locations, effective today, March 25. To be clear, we are suspending to-go and delivery of our food and beer entirely. We want y’all to know, we will be back to serve you with the same fine folks when this all passes.
As the implications of this health crisis continue to escalate, we have come to a point where the health of our team is paramount. Every day we ask our extraordinary team to be on-site increases the risk someone will get sick. A risk we have decided we no longer want to take as a PHP family. We are doing everything in our power to take care of our incredible team members as we navigate through these unprecedented times and circumstances.
We are beyond grateful for the astounding support and love the community has shown Pinthouse in the last week. When the virus is under control and we can resume our full operations without endangering the Pinthouse family, we look forward to reopening and working with our team to make the same great handcrafted beer and pizza for y’all to enjoy.
We still have some wonderful things slated for 2020, so sit tight, we’ll be back.
Stay healthy. Be good to each other. We love you all.
Update: March 17
Per the recommendations of Mayor Adler and the local health authorities, we have closed down our pubs for dining. However, we will remain open for To Go orders of food, cans, crowlers, and merch. Our new hours of operation for to go and delivery are from 11AM to 9PM, Sunday-Wednesday, and 11AM to 10PM, Thursday-Saturday, effective immediately.
We have been planning for this possibility the last couple weeks, and now more than ever, we could use that same support you’ve graced us with the last 7 years!
We will be offering curbside pickups for food and beer at all three locations, starting today, where payment can be made over the phone. We are currently working on an online ordering system for beer and food. Please stay tuned while we work to get that operating. As always, delivery is available through DoorDash and Favor. We are working tirelessly to ensure that we are providing the cleanest and safest environment for our team and the best Pinthouse experience possible for our guests.
A big thank you to everyone who has already hopped online and shown some love to our online store, it means more than we could ever explain. We want everyone feeling anxious, angry, scared by all this to remember we are in this together! All of us.
This too shall pass. We love y’all. Stay safe and cheers from your friends at Pinthouse.
