This beer takes the traditional pilsner to another level. Brewed with Tettnang and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, this high ABV pils is smooth, clean, and packs a nice little punch.

Training Bines IPA – 7.0% ABV

Training Bines forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a wonderfully complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from some of the Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic Lupulin Powder, and the Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop and the farmers who grow it.

Joe's Magical Pils – 5.3% ABV

A truly German style pilsner brewed with Heirloom pilsner malt and Loral hops. This magical elixir showcases notes of light floral, herbal and fruity hop, balanced with a dusting of spiced fruit character and a refreshingly soft mouthfeel.

Hazed & Confused Hazy IPA (Batch #9) – 6.5% ABV

Juicy… Hazy… Delicious… Rooted in a partnership with the Austin Film Society and brewed in honor of the legendary coming-of-age film, ‘Dazed and Confused.’ The Hazed and Confused IPA is brewed with an exciting new hop, Denali, along with other favorite Pinthouse Pizza juicy hops, El Dorado and Mosaic, and a dash of that magical Mosaic Lupulin Powder just for good measure. This tropical fruit cocktail in a glass is highlighted with notes of sweet pineapple, pine, and a mix of citrus juice overlay a soft pillowy body that finishes with a rounded bitterness.

Juicyfish Fruit IPA – 6.8% ABV

Brewed with Sabro, Denali, and Azacca hops, yielding big juicy and pineapple flavors and aromas. Flaked oats were used and produce a silky body for this straight crusher IPA.

Nomura Imperial Jellyfish DIPA – 10.0% ABV

Awarded 3rd Place in the 2017 Alpha King Challenge among the best hop-laden beers in the world. This creature from the deep emerges with its big tropical citrus character and dank orange, catty, juicy, and mostly dangerous notes! Brewed with Citra Lupulin Powder, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, and Azacca hops, the big characteristics of this Double IPA are layered over floral notes to make this beer balanced, juicy, and dangerously drinkable.

Nitro Jake Porter – 6.5% ABV

Winner of a Bronze medal at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Blind Jake is a beautiful cross between a robust and a brown porter. This beer’s rich chocolate malt notes and pleasant herbal hop character, are magnified with the creamy mouthfeel from the NITRO!

WTF Is Juice NE IPA – 7.0% ABV

Straight JOOOOICE! A hop-filled haze bomb brewed with a soft pillowy mouthfeel that provides the foundation for a barrage of flavor, aroma hop additions and a double dry hop made up of Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic Lupulin Powder. This New England IPA is juicy, fruity, and dank in all the right places!

Brewed with Heirloom Pilsner Malt and a mixed culture Saison fermentation, this rustic Belgian Pilsner showcases herbal and fruity hop aromas, rustic esters, and a refreshing finish!

Strange But Not Strangers Double SMaSH IPA – 6.9% ABV

Brewed with two varieties of malts (Pilsner and Wheat), and two varieties of hops (Simcoe and HBC 344), this juicy, hazy Double SMaSH IPA showcases notes of tropical fruit and catty, with a nice dry finish!

Island Kitty PKIPA - 6.5% ABV

We first brewed Island Kitty IPA, a Painkiller-inspired Northeastern IPA last year in honor of Ryan “The Island Cat” Van Biene’s (a PHP owner) Birthday. A little background, a Painkiller, is a rum cocktail that originated at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. This beer is brewed with Amarillo, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Huell Melon hops, along with pineapple, blood orange, coconut, and nutmeg. The result is a truly tropical IPA, with a full body, some underlying hop character, and it basks in the notes of juicy pineapple, tropical fruit, coconut, and nutmeg! If you need a vacation in a glass, head over right meow, the Island Kitty will not disappoint!

Tiki Time IPA - 6.8% ABV

Brewed with Creature Comforts Brewing, Bearded Iris Brewing, and YCH Hops, this collaboration IPA features Citra, Simcoe Lupulin Powder, and a new hop called Sabro (previously experimental hop HBC438). Revel in the effortlessly smooth and tropical, piña colada reminiscent nectar, it’s Tiki Time!
