Burro’s Breakfast Mexican Lager – 5.5% ABV

Our original ode to the south of the border lagers we crave come Summer here in Austin. Burro’s Breakfast features a minimalist malt bill of 2-row and flaked maize providing subtlety sweet, bready undertones to mingle with some lively hop additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Crisp, dry & fermented long and low with an old world by way of Mexico yeast strain, we are stoked to welcome back this summertime smasher. ⁣

Island Kitty Tiki IPA - 6.5% ABV

This Painkiller-inspired Tiki IPA was first brewed in honor of PHP Co-owner, Ryan “The Island Cat” Van Biene’s Birthday. Brewed with flaked oats, flaked wheat and showcases heavy handed dry-hop additions of last harvest’s hand-selected Amarillo, Simcoe, Ekuanot and Huell Melon hops. All of this along with over 300 lbs. per 15 bbls of fruit puree, including pineapple, blood orange, coconut, and nutmeg for some island authenticity.The result is a truly tropical IPA, with a full body, some underlying hop character, and it basks in the notes of juicy pineapple, tropical fruit, coconut, and nutmeg. If you need a vacation in a glass, head over right meow, the Island Kitty will not disappoint.

Black Is Beautiful Imperial Pastry Stout – 10.0% ABV

Our rendition of this decadently decocted Imperial Stout features a velvety profile and rich, robust malt character. Long-boiled to extract all those complex sugars, we are getting notes of caramelized brown sugar, coffee, toasted marshmallow and black forest cake. ⁣This beer is small part of the initiative started by our southerly San Antonio neighbors Weathered Souls Brewing. Over 1,000 breweries have joined this cause worldwide to raise awareness and funds for activist groups fighting against racial injustices. 100% of the proceeds for this beer will be donated locally to the Austin Justice Coalition and the Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce.

Motionless Drift Hazy IPA – 6.9% ABV

Highlighting some of our favorite new hops varieties and brewing techniques, this Hazy IPA is designed to push our fruit-forward flavor profile even further with a combination of wheat, caramel malts, and our super secret New England yeast strain. We loaded this brew with Mosaic powder, Cashmere, Loral, loads of Strata hops yielding massive notes of guava, leechi, and ruby red grapefruit accompanied by a silky mouthfeel.

Crispy Waves IPA – 7.0% ABV

This pillowy, golden, hazy hop elixir is a compilation of new techniques and inspirations gathered over the last couple years brewing with some amazing IPA producers from around the country. Brewed with Maris Otter, Wheat, Flaked Oats and Malto Dextrin, this beer has a soft, pillowy mouthfeel yet finishes clean and crispy compliments of our hybrid house yeast strain. Crispy Waves features a unique triple dry-hop regiment compromised of some super fruit punchy Amarillo hops from Roy Farms in Yakima, WA, as well as our new favorite Oregon grown hop, Strata. Lastly, we’ve layered in the intensely tropical hop combo of Galaxy and Denali to round out this kingly crispy boi.

A pillowy, juice-driven Double IPA that maintains our signature dry-yet-juicy hops profile, compliments of Imperial Yeast’s Juice strain. We focused on creating a vastly tropical Hazy Double IPA with immense usage of Australian Galaxy hops, the tropical cocktail of flavors we love from Black Star Ranch Citra hops, and the tropical fruit and citrus-laden Strata hops and the intensely exotic tropical Cashmere hops from Crosby Hop Farms. Hop-fueled flavors of pulpy tropical fruits, papaya, guava, peeled citrus, and gummy bears, while maintaining a clean and juicy mouthfeel.
